Main event was a 22 day stint exhibiting at the Wet End Fair in Edinburgh. It coincided with the Edinburgh Festival, so there were hundreds of tourists visiting, as well as locals, many who made a point of visiting the fair every year. It is hard to believe that our Pieces from the Heart Quilt Show was on again this past weekend. Where did that 2 years go to? I was thrilled to see quite a lot of customer quilts that I had quilted displayed in the show. Still have to pinch myself that this is my job! Two of the quilts that I quilted there were in the show. Once again, in August our Sew-In and regular meeting were only a few days apart. Ten quilters turned out for the Sew-In, dodging raindrops as they dashed into the Belleview Public Library.
